Do I need technical skills? ▾
While we handle the initial setup and configuration, you will need to become comfortable using Claude Code through either the terminal or a code editor like VS Code. Interacting effectively with the assistant is a skill that develops with practice. You communicate using natural language prompts, but learning how to frame requests and work with the agent's outputs takes time to master.
How long does setup take? ▾
Setup typically takes up to one week. This includes configuring your email provider connection (Microsoft 365 or Gmail), establishing the necessary API permissions, and tailoring the assistant to your business context and preferences.
Which email providers are supported? ▾
SmartExec supports both Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Office 365) and Gmail (Google Workspace). Both providers are fully supported for reading, searching, and sending emails through the assistant.
What is Claude Code? ▾
Claude Code is an AI assistant from Anthropic that can execute scripts, access APIs, and perform autonomous tasks on your computer. It serves as the underlying engine that powers SmartExec. Subscriptions range from approximately SGD$30 to SGD$300 per month depending on your usage tier, and are paid directly to Anthropic rather than to OphieAI.
Where is my data stored? ▾
Your data remains on your local machine. SmartExec runs within Claude Code on your computer and connects directly to your email provider's APIs (Microsoft Graph or Google APIs). OphieAI does not access, transmit, or store your emails or calendar data at any point.
Can it send emails without my approval? ▾
No, not unless you explicitly configure it to do so. By default, the assistant presents a draft for your review and waits for your confirmation before sending any email on your behalf.
What outputs can skills produce? ▾
Skills can generate a variety of outputs including PDF documents (meeting briefs, analysis reports), CSV files (lead lists, data exports), and structured business documents. Examples include procurement intelligence reports, competitor analyses, and customer sentiment summaries.
How is this different from Microsoft Copilot? ▾
Microsoft Copilot assists with individual tasks within Office applications, such as drafting emails or summarizing documents. SmartExec operates as an autonomous agent that executes multi-step workflows independently. It can read your inbox, generate reports, and chain multiple actions together without requiring continuous input from you.
What support is included? ▾
Your purchase includes four weeks of email support with responses typically within two business days. During this period, you can reach out for clarifications, guidance on working with the assistant, and help getting the most from your skills. Minor skill adjustments may be provided on a case-by-case basis for standard usage questions. Custom skill development is not included in this support and is quoted separately.
Can I add custom skills later? ▾
Yes. You can create and add your own skills at any time since SmartExec runs on your local machine and skills are configuration files you control. If you prefer professional assistance, OphieAI can develop custom skills for you at a fee to be discussed based on your specific requirements.
What are the system requirements? ▾
SmartExec requires a Windows or Mac computer with VS Code (or terminal access), an active Claude Code subscription from Anthropic, and administrator access to your email provider account to authorize the necessary API connections. No server infrastructure or cloud hosting is required on your end.
